昭和５０年創業の老舗中華店「昇龍」の人気の餃子を、店構えを一新させテイクアウト専門店としてオープンさせました。
今回はその総合プロモーションを担当。こちらの店舗は、地元の中華の名店として、すでにお名前や味わいは浸透済みでしたので、新店をどこに出したのか？どんなお店なのか？をお客様に対してイメージしやすく、誰かに伝えやすくするためのキーワードとなる要素を盛り込みました。 現段階では看板はつけずにあえて暖簾で勝負。その理由は、店構えの見た目のインパクトを付けたかった事が理由の1つ。お客様は、どんなに名店でも、店名を確実に覚えているケースは少ないのです。漢字を誤っていたり、一文字間違えていたり。その一文字の間違えでネット検索は困難になります。そこで、「暖簾のかかった店」「昇龍 暖簾」「浦安にできた暖簾がかかった餃子屋」「浦安」「暖簾」「餃子」などの暖簾でインパクトを付けたワードで浸透していく事を第一段階としたかったからです。第二の理由は、暖簾は看板とは異なり、付け替えが容易です。名前や場所の浸透具合で暖簾のデザインを変更できる点です。
The popular dumplings from the long-established Chinese restaurant "Shoryu", which was founded in 1975, have been redesigned and opened as a take-out specialty store.
This time I was in charge of the comprehensive promotion.
This store is a famous local Chinese restaurant. The name and taste have already penetrated. So where did the new store open? What kind of store is it? We have included elements that are keywords to make it easier for customers to imagine and convey to someone. At this stage, we did not attach a signboard and attached a curtain（name is NOREN) to compete. One of the reasons is that I wanted to give an impact on the appearance. Customers rarely remember the store name, no matter how well-known the store is. The kanji is wrong, or one character is wrong. If you make a mistake in that one letter, it will be difficult to search the Internet. Therefore, it is necessary to infiltrate with words that have an impact with NOREN such as "store with NOREN", "Shoryu good noren", "gyoza shop with noren made in Urayasu", "Urayasu", "noren", and "gyoza". I wanted to make it the first stage. The second reason is that the NOREN is easy to replace, unlike the signboard. The point is that you can change the design of the noren depending on the penetration of the name and place.
