It is attracting attention all over the world as an attractive liquor that is the best match for French and Asian cuisine, and its export volume is increasing year by year. How easy is it for foreigners to enjoy sake? I wondered if I could make a dish that makes the most of Kubota's light and dry taste, and introduced how to make a full-fledged Japanese dish without the need for a kitchen knife. Of course, we are proposing dishes that suit each Kubota series. Overseas people will be able to enjoy Japanese food and sake at home!
